Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Perform routine safety inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the loading dock area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely shipment processing.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Must be provided at interview).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
