Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report any mechanical problems immediately.
- Package and label products according to company standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator License (if available, training provided for qualified candidates).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
