Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and reach forklifts to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock areas.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Palletize goods and prepare orders for shipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (paid training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
- Must be reliable and punctual.
