Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure all safety mechanisms are functioning correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping and shoveling as needed.
- Organize inventory and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification during training (we provide training).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
