Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within our state-of-the-art facility. You will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is an entry-level position that offers on-the-job training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure the machinery is in good working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Package and prepare goods for shipment or transfer to storage areas.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends (as needed).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
