Job Overview
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the safe movement of materials, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely and organized manner to ensure smooth operations.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Organize inventory and ensure stock levels are accurate using inventory management software.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training for qualified candidates).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
