Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy and document all transactions.
- Package and label goods securely for shipment to customers.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld computers to update inventory systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order picking.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
