Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, and Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Inspect equipment for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping, as needed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic math skills for reading orders and counting inventory.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
