Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Class 1, 3, or 4) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse safely.
- Inspect forklifts for any mechanical issues and perform daily pre-shift inspections.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a Forklift Operator certification (training provided).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different warehouse tasks.
- Basic reading and writing skills required for safety documentation.
