Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure proper functionality and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately record stock movements in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Perform daily safety checks and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
