Job Overview
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is moved safely and accurately. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to learn.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and safety checks.
- Stack and organize inventory on pallets or shelves according to safety guidelines.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training if you don't have one).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
