Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials and products within warehouse
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated areas
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided
- Valid driver's license (mandatory)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Flexible availability to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain OSHA certification during training
