Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse settings
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Organize and inventory stock with precision
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and order maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior experience requiredâtraining provided!
- Valid California Driver's License (must obtain forklift certification post-hire)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
