Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts using handheld scanners.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections on forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator certification (we offer training).
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and measuring quantities.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with overtime availability.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
