Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately according to customer orders and packing slips.
- Verify the quantity and quality of items before packaging.
- Prepare packages for shipment using appropriate wrapping materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to prevent accidents.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying items.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
