Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and ensure all safety guards are in place.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock in designated storage areas.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including pallet wrapping and tagging.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (must be presented at interview).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
