Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and retrieve materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently, adhering to strict shipping schedules.
- Perform routine safety inspections on forklifts and equipment before and during shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in full compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate effectively with warehouse managers and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
