Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklift machinery for safety issues and perform routine maintenance checks before shifts.
- Organize warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Clean work areas and maintain a tidy, organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and documentation.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided for the right candidate).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
