Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Prepare and apply shipping labels following company protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, shrink wrappers) after training
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle count processes
- Adhere to all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide paid on-the-job training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
