Responsibilities
- Retrieve and pick merchandise from storage areas using scanners or RF devices to ensure order accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages with shipping information and attach correct postage or shipping labels.
- Conduct routine quality checks to verify order completeness and accuracy before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
