Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on pick tickets and scan items into the system for accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages with correct shipping information and apply barcodes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.
- Verify order accuracy and resolve discrepancies with team leads immediately.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
