Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to order slips and pick tickets with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems to verify item details.
- Ensure all items are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipping to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Load and unload trucks or pallets as needed, adhering to proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when necessary.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
