Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy using WMS software.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move heavy inventory.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner during the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (if applicable).
