Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label merchandise for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding order priorities.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and noisy environments.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for entry-level positions).
