Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from shelves based on pick tickets and pack them securely for shipping.
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before packaging.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Space Optimization: Efficiently organize inventory in the warehouse to maximize storage space and accessibility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order picking and packing.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of consistent attendance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
