As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our distribution center, ensuring that our clients receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping to maintain a 99.9% order accuracy rate.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure stock integrity.
- Inspect inbound and outbound freight for damage, verifying shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in full compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum 1 year of previous warehouse experience preferred; candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Forklift certification (Class A/B) is a significant plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency (RF scanner experience preferred).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
