Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders with high accuracy using handheld scanners and computer systems.
- Prepare and package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas to ensure efficient workflow.
- Inspect products for defects and report damaged or expired stock immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
