Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for courier pickup or shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Accurately operate barcode scanners and inventory management software.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a major plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
