Responsibilities
- Retrieve and stage merchandise accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Package and label items securely to ensure safe and damage-free delivery.
- Maintain a high level of organization within storage aisles, bins, and packing stations.
- Conduct routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE and following warehouse regulations.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and organizing pallets efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 10+ hours a day).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
