Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper labeling, packaging, and quantity accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning, counting, and verifying inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
