Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely in boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not strictly required).
