Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Sort and organize inventory in designated storage areas to optimize warehouse flow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and work in various temperature conditions.
