Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet company standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions promptly
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Basic literacy and numerical skills for order verification
- Reliable transportation to our Los Angeles facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts available)
