Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail and speed
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Maintain organized and clean work areas following 5S standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper equipment
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Industrial Way facility
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures (warehouse environment)
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team setting
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
