- Optimize routing to minimize costs and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate shipping records in ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- OSHA certification a plus
