- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks with proper equipment operation
- Maintain inventory records and cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to worksite
