Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and documenting according to specifications
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, including racking and staging areas
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required but beneficial for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided
