Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for shipment while maintaining quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and managing dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order processing
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
