Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas following OSHA guidelines
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Follow safety protocols and report equipment issues or hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Team player with positive attitude and commitment to safety
