Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves with speed and accuracy to fulfill customer orders.
- Label, sort, and stage packages for shipment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform routine inventory checks and quality control inspections to ensure order accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and production schedules.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read labels, barcodes, and pick tickets.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; high school students with parental consent welcome.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
