Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack items securely in boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for shipping.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for this entry-level position.
