Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently handle freight using loading docks and material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (will consider experience in lieu of education).
- Experience: No prior warehousing experience necessary; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and navigate a busy warehouse environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
