Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for delivery using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock for accuracy, damages, and defects.
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately to meet shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting processes.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
