Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Perform daily cycle counts and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
