Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming inventory using handheld scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules and quality standards
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions by properly storing materials and equipment
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification training
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided free of charge)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Houston facility
