Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify product quantities and ensure packaging meets safety and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyors.
- Organize and maintain warehouse aisles to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
