Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Efficiently select and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Quality Control: Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and maintain high-quality packaging standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts and inventory organization to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers, adhering to weight limits and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety standards.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using technology or willingness to learn basic scanning equipment.
