Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanning equipment.
- Verify product descriptions, quantities, and quality against packing slips.
- Load and unload trailers using pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate order verification.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
