Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, move stock within the warehouse, and organize storage areas to optimize workflow.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before packing and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. A strong willingness to learn and work hard is the only prerequisite.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
