Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping labels.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing equipment for safety and functionality before use.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used correctly to prevent damage to goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Sort and stage merchandise for loading onto delivery trucks efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and price verification.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for operating provided equipment.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize shipping errors and returns.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
